2. About Us Golf Draw and Fade Limited is the UK manufacturer and supplier of the Vector Shaper™. All sales through the Website are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product Description The Vector Shaper™ is a Class 3R laser golf training device designed to assist with foot alignment and swing path visualisation. We reserve the right to update product specifications without prior notice.

4. Laser Safety & Important Warnings

4.1 Laser Classification The Vector Shaper™ is a Class 3R laser product under EN 60825‑1. Class 3R lasers can cause eye injury if viewed directly. Mandatory warning labels are affixed to the device.

4.2 Device Operation

  • The device has no manual on/off switch and uses a mechanical tilt-activation switch.
  • The lasers will activate when the device is tilted to approximately 70° from vertical (normal ground‑use position).
  • The lasers will deactivate when the device is lifted and tilted beyond approximately 30° from horizontal.

4A. Before First Use – Mandatory Instructions To ensure safe handling and prevent accidental laser activation, you must follow these instructions before using the Product for the first time:

4A.1 Safe Removal From Packaging The Vector Shaper™ uses a mechanical tilt-activation switch, meaning the lasers will activate the moment the device reaches the trigger angle. To prevent accidental activation during unpacking:

  • Ensure the packaging is positioned upright before opening.
  • Lift the device straight up and vertically out of the packaging.
  • Do not tilt, tip, or rotate the device horizontally during removal.
  • Keep the device pointed away from people, animals, reflective surfaces, and aircraft at all times.

4A.2 Charge Before First Use The Product may partially de‑charge during storage or transit. Before first use:

  • Charge the device fully using the supplied charging cable.
  • The device may be charged vertically or lying flat upside‑down, which prevents the mechanical tilt switch from activating the lasers.
  • Do not attempt to operate the device until charging is complete.

4A.3 Initial Handling After charging:

  • Keep the device upright until you are ready to place it on the ground.
  • Do not lift or hold the device parallel to the ground, as the mechanical tilt switch will activate the lasers at the trigger angle.
  • Only place the device on the ground when you are ready to begin setup.

4A.4 Read the User Guide Before operating the device:

  • Read the full user guide supplied with the Product.
  • Ensure all users (including juniors) understand the mandatory safety requirements.

4A.5 Adult Supervision The Vector Shaper™ is a Class 3R laser device. The Junior model must only be used under direct adult supervision.

4.3 Mandatory Safety Rules You agree to:

  • Use the device only on the ground as intended.
  • Never point the lasers at people, animals, vehicles, aircraft, or reflective surfaces.
  • Never look directly into the laser beams or view them through optical instruments.
  • Ensure adult supervision at all times. The Junior model must be used under direct adult supervision.
  • Read the full user guide before first use.

4.4 Storage & Charging

  • Store the device upright or at an angle greater than 45° from horizontal when not in use.
  • The device may be charged while lying flat (upside down) or vertically.

4.5 Legal Warning Misuse of the lasers may constitute a criminal offence under the Laser Misuse (Criminal Offence) Act 2018. You accept full responsibility for safe operation.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty 6.1 Statutory Rights Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

6.2 Cooling‑Off Period Unopened products may be returned within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once the Product has been opened, activated, or used, it cannot be returned due to its nature as a laser device.

7.
